Cycle the printer's power.
If the problem persists follow the procedure below.

1 Check the Option Tray connector for
damage.
Is the connector damaged?
2 Check all pins on the OPTIF Harness for
continuity.
Disconnect OPTIF from the Engine Control
Board and Option connector.
Is the harness conductive?
