4. Loosen and remove the Allen head screw on the chain tensioner.

5. Loosen the two Allen head screws on the bearing housing and remove it.

6. Turn the fork until the sprocket wheel and bearing disconnect.
7. Support the sprocket wheel and bearing, as they will both fall out the bottom.
