ENGINE RPM INDICATOR LIGHT
While in ECO mode A or NORM mode B, when the tachometer
shows engine rpm within the specified range the engine rpm
indicator light 1 turns on or blinks.
ECO mode A:
Engine rpm (r/min)
0
engine rpm < 4 500
4 500
engine rpm < 6 000
6 000
engine rpm
NORM mode B:
Engine rpm (r/min)
0
engine rpm < 8 000
8 000
engine rpm
ECO/NORM
1) Press and hold the SEL button 1 for more than 2 seconds to change to the mode selection display.
When the previous setting is ECO or NORM mode, the ECO or NORM mark 2 blinks.
NOTE:
The mode selection can not be operated while adjusting the clock.
2) To change the display, push the ADJ button 3. The display changes in the order below.
OFF mode
ECO mode (blink)
NORM mode (blink)
3) Push the SEL button 1 to fix the selected mode.
While in the mode selection, if the motorcycle reaches speed of more than 10 km/h or the ignition switch
is turned to "OFF", the mode selection is cancelled and the display returns to the previous display.
Operating the display while riding can be hazardous. Removing a hand from the handlebars can
reduce your ability to control the motorcycle.
Always keep both hands on the handlebars during riding.
