5-10 FUEL SYSTEM AND THROTTLE BODY
• Replace the lead wire coupler 3 with a new one.
• Be sure to connect the wires to the proper terminals.
A (B).......... + terminal for fuel pump
B (W)......... + terminal for fuel level gauge
• Install the fuel level gauge 4 into the fuel tank.
NOTE:
Push the lock position C fully until the clicking sound heard.
• Install a new O-ring 5 and apply grease to it.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Connect the fuel level gauge lead wire coupler.
• When installing the fuel pump assembly, first tighten all the
fuel pump mounting bolts lightly in the ascending order and
then tighten them to the specified torque.
 Fuel pump mounting bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
or equivalent
