Unplug and tuck away accessory cables (E and

NOTE: If green accessory screw terminals (F) are
occupied with wiring, pull to remove the terminal blocks
to avoid disconnecting individual wires. Tuck all wiring
away.
Route wires away from Power Core to make

clearance for Power Core removal.
Remove two 7 mm AC terminal nuts (G).

Remove two bottom 10 mm Power Core nuts (H).

Remove two plastic caps (J) covering the top

access holes on top front of Power Core. Use a
flathead screwdriver as needed.
NOTE: Caps may be black or clear.
Loosen but do NOT remove two 10 mm nuts (K)

inside the Power Core accessible via the top
access holes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This should be approximately
2.5 turns. DO NOT REMOVE NUTS. If the nuts are
loosened too much they may fall off the stud into the
Power Core. These nuts fit in a teardrop shaped hole
that allows the Power Core to slide over and up to be
removed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Removing Power Core cover to
retrieve loose nuts will void the warranty.
