    Location and Compliance Photovoltaic Rapid Shutdown The PV Link, SnapRS, and PWRcell Inverter are certified as Photovoltaic Rapid Shutdown Equipment (PVRSE). Review Table 3-2: PVRSS Requirements and PWRcell PVRSE to determine what PWRcell equipment is required to constitute an effective Photovoltaic Rapid Shutdown System (PVRSS). All PWRcell Inverters are shipped from the factory in compliance with all UL 1741 requirements, including IEEE 1547. If permission to operate (PTO) is dependent on compliance to a specific utility standard, follow the steps covered in the section in this manual.
