Install lid pivot bolts with washers and spacers in

correct placement.
NOTE: See
between lid and housing. Use needle nose pliers or the
2.5 mm hex driver to help position the spacer.

The white plastic spacer goes between the inverter
housing and the lid.
Tighten pivot bolt using 2.5 mm Hex Driver until

bolt is tight by hand. Lid should pivot freely and not
bind at any point.
NOTE: Lift upwards on the lid to help position bolt
threads to bolt hole.
Connect inverter screen electrical connector by

pushing in until the lock tab clicks securely in
place.

Secure the inverter screen cables and strap to the

lid using zip ties.
NOTE: Zip tie points are designated by the outer edge
of the T-shaped ends. Zip ties should land on the inside
of those ends.
NOTE: Do NOT over tighten zip ties. Cables can
become internally pinched.
Cut zip tie excess length.

NOTE: Discard excess zip tie ends. Do not allow the
excess to drop into DC breaker assembly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Removing DC breaker assembly

cover to retrieve loose objects will void the warranty.
