Adjusting an even sewing foot stroke

(1) - Presser foot
(2) - Walking foot
Proper setting
Presser foot (1) and walking foot (2) are raised by the same height.

(3) - Screw
To set an even sewing foot stroke:
1. Switch off the machine.
2. Disassemble the arm cover ( p. 19).
3. Set the feed dog to the level of the throat plate.
4. Loosen the screw (3).
5. Lower presser foot (1) and walking foot (2) to the level of the throat
plate.
6. Re-tighten the screw (3).
