Corrective
• Please press the Service stop
button to activate it
Caution!
Height of the desk is being adjusted.
Pay attention to tabletop and
surrounding area!
• Tap the touch area to stop!
The desk height measurement
produced an implausible value. Check
the measurement range for interfering
objects and keep the area clear while
performing the movement.
Reset height?
• "Yes" for resetting to the current
value
• "No" for keeping the old value
• A timeout occurred during
positioning.
• If the desk is not positioned at its
minimum or maximum height,
check if it is blocked
The sensor for the desk height
measurement is not responding or
transmits a faulty signal. The height
adjustment is not possible.
• Check cable connections
• Check if the sensor is switched on
• The height cannot be adjusted until
the error has been corrected and
the machine has restarted
• Height limit control active
• A function of the Perfect Quality
Sensor (PQS) is active. Therefore
the lifting height or the needle
position could change
automatically.
• The current material thickness
exceeds the maximum permissible
limit.
• The current material thickness falls
below the maximum permissible
limit.
• Please wait for the ongoing
operation to be finished
• Edge Guide must be in the right
position
• Select target position
• Thread Tension too low (Warning)
• Edge Guide must be in the right
position
• PQS is activated but not
connected, please check the
connection to the PCB or call the
DA service
• Thread Tension too high (Warning)
• The limit values of the thread
tension have been exceeded too
often!
