Cleaning and Disinfecting

Reset the failed printer:
1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the battery compartment and unplug the battery.
3. Leave the battery unplugged for at least 10 seconds.
Then reconnect the battery and close the battery
compartment.
4. Reconnect the power cord. Then, press the power
button to turn the printer on. Attempt to print a record
from the instrument. If a printer failure occurs, contact
Technical Support.
