Installation

Installing the universal support

The universal supports are delivered pre-assembled, with Z or U mounting brackets depending
on the selection. The universal supports are turned towards the conveyor center for transport
and still must be positioned before startup depending on their use (for the installation of
adjustable side guide, photo cell or reflector).

Installation and maintenance tasks on 400-V conveyor systems while they are in operation can
cause life-threatening electrocution and serious crushing.
4 Power down the entire conveyor module and ensure that it cannot be started accidentally.
Fasten screws with a tightening torque of 19 Nm.
The universal support (7) is installed at the top on the profile of the side frame.
