Every zone features at least one drive and sufficient space for at least one piece of material. All the rollers of a zone are connected via PolyVee or round belts.

Lane width (LW) is the measure between the side guides. With fixed side guides, LW = BF. With flexible side guides, the LW dimension can be changed by –90/+120 mm.

Suitable tools for the alignment are spirit level or rotation laser. 4 Position the modules to be connected so that the side frames (4) are aligned.

This requires access to the conveyor belt from below.

It covers the entire gap between adjacent rollers and in doing so ensures safe transport of conveying goods, even small ones.

These differences can be compensated for by using a diverter connection kit.
