The XEM2-4QS Line Card is shown in Figure 8.

The XEM2-4QS Line Card has four ports that support the following types
of 40Gbps QSFP+ transceiver:
QSFPSR4 transceiver - Has a maximum operating distance of
150m (492 ft). Requires 12-strand OM4 fiber optic cable.
QSFPLR4 transceiver - Has an operating range of 2m (6.6 ft) to
10km (6.2 mi). Requires single-mode fiber optic cable.
QSFP1CU and QSFP3CU direct connect cables in lengths of 1
and 3 meters, respectively
