To be in manual mode, the reasons are:
The selected Workstation (DIRECT) does not allow the automatic mode.
The SID is out of the configured range for the automatic collimation.
The Ceiling Suspension is not on the DR Detector Area or it is moving.
The Angulation angle of the Tube is ≥3
The Rotation angle of the Tube is ≥3
The Grid is out (Just when the Grid is removable).
The RAD Wall Stand Detector is rotated.
The X-ray Beam is not centered with the DR Detector center.
The System is currently on STITCHING Mode.
Collimator Light activates in two different modes.
MANUALLY. Press on the MANUAL CONTROL Button.
AUTOMATICALLY. The collimator is controlled by the Ceiling
Suspension. The light will switch on when:
Collimator Blades change their configuration.

Collimator is rotated.
G
DIRECT Workstation is selected and any brake of the Ceiling
G
Suspension is released, or any of the Console Controls are pressed.
RAD TABLE Workstation is selected and any of the RAD Table or
G
DR Detector brakes are released.
RAD WALL STAND DR Workstation is selected and the vertical
G
or tilting brakes are released.
The Ceiling Suspension is moving in manual mode and is in the
G
SID area.
Just
after
G
movements.
DESCRIPTION
The Collimator back key is turned.
The Collimator is rotated.
