Troubleshooting
1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Digi Connect Sensor+:
a. Sign in to
b. Click your user name and select Open Classic Remote Manager.
c. Click Device Management > Devices tab.
d. Right-click your Digi Connect Sensor+.
e. Click Configuration > Local Interface Settings.
f. Verify that Bluetooth Enable is On.
2. Verify that your mobile device supports Bluetooth Smart (low energy) and is within range of
Digi Connect Sensor+.
3. Manually wake Digi Connect Sensor+.
4. Try the mobile app again; see
Reset the device
If your Digi Connect Sensor+ still does not appear in the mobile app after verifying Bluetooth settings,
try resetting the device.
1. Open Digi Connect Sensor+ enclosure.
2. Press and release the Reset button.
