Check battery life
Older batteries may not have enough power to connect to the cellular network and you may need to
replace the battery. If Digi Connect Sensor+ has been deployed for some time, check the battery life.
This can be done from Remote Manager or by using the CLI.

Device does not connect to Remote Manager
Connect Sensor may be connected to the cellular network but does not show a connection in Remote
Manager. In this case, the cellular LED light blinks blue.
Follow this procedure if your Digi Connect Sensor+ does not connect to Remote Manager.
1. Get the correct 15-digit device IMEI number on the Digi Connect Sensor+ label.
2. Sign in to

3. Click your user name and select Open Classic Remote Manager.
4. Verify that the 15-digit device IMEI number on the Digi Connect Sensor+ label is the same as
the Device ID in Remote Manager.
5. Add your device to Remote Manager if the numbers do not match:
a. Click Device Management > Devices.
b. Click Add Devices. The Add Devices dialog appears. You cannot use the Discover
c. From the Add Devices drop-down menu, select IMEI, and enter the number.
d. Click Add to add the device.
e. Click OK to close the Add Devices dialog. The device appears in the Device

Verify Bluetooth connectivity
Note the following:
Bluetooth is on only when you manually wake Digi Connect Sensor+.
