Digi Connect Sensor+ LEDs for troubleshooting
Use the four LEDs on Digi Connect Sensor+ when troubleshooting the device. These LEDs have specific
behaviors that provide information for Bluetooth connection, sensor activity, cellular connection, and
battery life. If Digi Connect Sensor+ is powered and all LEDs are off, it is in sleep mode. See

Device not responding
Try the following procedures when your Digi Connect Sensor+ is not responding, such as when the
LEDs do not light up after pressing the Wake button. You need physical access to the device to
complete the steps.
WARNING! When the Connect Sensor is installed in C1D2 environments, do not open the
Connect Sensor enclosure or disconnect the battery or any other connections to the
Connect Sensor until the environment around the Connect Sensor is vented or known to
be free of any flammable gas concentrations.
Check the battery
The battery may be disconnected or no longer working. Try the following:
Make sure the battery wires are firmly connected to the Battery port.

Connect a different battery to the device, if you have an additional battery.
