7.1.3 Stop during loading/unloading

General
The station is equipped with external protection (light barriers) that monitors the
operator area. The external protection interacts with the station indication function.

If the external protection is breached in a prohibited position, the entire station
stops.
Procedure
The following must be observed in the event of a protective stop during the
loading/unloading of the work station:

Action
Press the Pre-reset button (optional) inside the
service area.
Reset external personal protection
Note
This must be performed within 10 seconds of
pressing the pre-reset button; otherwise the light
barriers will not reset.
Leave the operator area of the station.
Press the Start Process button on the operator
panel.
