Insulation resistance tests
Insulation resistance greater than 2.5 MOhm at 500 V DC between the output shaft
(Gearbox body) and the ground point in the AC motor.
Voltage tests
1 kVolt AC 50/60 Hz - 1 sec. between the output shaft (gearbox body) and the
ground point in the AC motor. The test voltage is to be supplied from a transformer
with a minimum rating of 500 VA.

Ground point in the AC motor.
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded space.
