WARNING
Make sure that no one is inside the robot, positioner, and travel track working
areas when the robot system starts.
Action
Check that none of the emergency stop buttons are
actuated.
Set the main power switch on the control module to
position 1.
Check that:
• The correct program is loaded.
• The program pointer is set to the right start pos-
ition.
See the operating manual for the controller.
Action
Press the Pre-reset button (optional) inside
the service area.
Check that the service gate (optional) is
closed.
Press the service gate's reset button (option-
al).
