High-resolution timer (HRTIM)
The behavior of the software forcing bits and external events EXTEVNT1..10 is identical for
up-only and up-down counting mode. The
shorten in response to external events.
The up-down counting mode is available for both continuous and single-shot (retriggerable
and non-retriggerable) operating modes. A reset causes the counter to re-start from 0. The
