There are two (2) fuses in the 230V system.
1. Remove the Hoods by gently squeezing inward on the two
(2) metal arms that connect the Hoods to the unit.
a. Fuse located in the Main Unit, see Figure 7.40.
2. Remove the Top Cover by unscrewing six 6-32 x 1/4
Phillips-Head screws, three (3) on each side of the unit.
3. Replace the fuse located in the fuse block mounted on the
transformer mounting plate.
a. Fuse located in the Heater Module Assembly, see
Figure 7.27.
4. Remove the Heater Module Assembly as described in this
section.
5. Remove the 11 6-32 x 3/16 Phillips-Head screws used to
fasten the cover assembly and skirt to the base. Unplug the
connector from the sensor bar and lift the cover/skirt away
from the base.
6. Replace the fuse located on the rear of the Heater Module
PC Board Assembly mounting plate.
Reassemble by following the removal procedure in reverse.
CAUTION: Before sliding the Top Cover back into
position, make sure all wiring, cables and connectors
are replaced snugly, within the unit and not hanging
out where they might be sheared off when replacing
the cover.
