Check off the following blocks on the checklist:
ON/OFF SWITCH FUNCTIONAL
LEDs, DISPLAY, FAN
HOME FUNCTION
4. Press the "TEST" - "2" - "ENTER" keys and verify the PROM
version displayed on the control module matched the
"PROM VERSION" specified on the test and setup
checklist.
Check off the following block on the checklist:
PROM VERSION
5. Press the "TEST" key.
6. Press the "TEST" - "ENTER" keys. A built in test program
will executed. The test program will move the Robotic Arm
from Bath 1 to each Bath position, pausing at each Bath.
After the arm reaches the last Bath 22, is should return to
Bath 1, go down, come up and repeat the sequence.
7. The Robotic Arm should pause at nine (9) positions on the
front of the unit, rotate to the rear, pause at 12 positions
and return to Bath 1.
8. Push "ABORT" - "ENTER". When the arm stops, push "1"
- "ENTER" to return the arm to position 1.
9. Insert a stiff piece of card stock into the bucket sensor(s) to
simulate the flags on the MS100 and DS100 Carriers.
10. For MS50 operations, it should pause at eight (8) positions
and return to Bath 1.
11. For DS50 operations, it should pause at five (5) positions
on the front of the unit, rotate to the rear, pause at 12
positions and return to Bath 1.
12. Push "ABORT" - "ENTER". When the arm stops push "1" -
"ENTER" to return the arm to position 1.
13. Remove card stock from the bucket select sensor(s).
