Fluid Flow Rate Incorrect: Fault 17.0

CAUTION: Plug UUT into an appropriate power source
P/N MSI-18407-1 and MSI-18408-1 (MUST HAVE THE
115/220 V ADAPTER IN THE LINE).
1. Place the UUT power switch in the ON position.
2. Allow the arm to return to position one (1). Advance arm
to position two (2). Press FLOW the DOWN ARROW.
When the arm reaches the bottom, observe the time it
takes to fill the tank to the top of the overflow tube. The
time is displayed on the UUT display panel. Verify that the
time is between 30 and 40 seconds. Check for leaks inside
the unit.
3. If the tank does not fill in the specified time, readjust the
water flow as follows:
a. Press FLOW and UP ARROW to turn the water OFF
and to raise the Robotic Arm.
b. Remove the base shroud cover.
c. Press DOWN ARROW to lower the Robotic Arm.
d. Disengage the yellow lock ring on the regulator by
pulling upward.
e. Remove the drain tube and empty the rinse tank.
f. Turn the regulator knob clockwise or
counter-clockwise to increase or decrease water flow.
g. Press FLOW to stop water flow and drain the rinse
tank.
h. Install drain tube and recheck fill time. Repeat steps d
thru h until correct fill time has been obtained.
i. Engage regulator lock by pushing yellow ring down.
j. Press UP ARROW to raise Robotic Arm and replace
base shroud cover.
