3. Balance the blades as follows:
• Put e.g. a drift horizontally in a vice as
illustrated.
• Insert the end of the drift into the center
hole of the blade and check that the
blade is still. The illustration shows a
blade that requires adjustment, it must be
ground more to attain the right balance
(at the arrow).
• Assembly is done in reverse order to
removal.

if the blade is cracked from
incorrect repair or other damage, it
can break when being used. This
risk increases if the blade is not
balanced correctly.

removal of BioClip Plug (CombiClip)

To change the Combi Deck from BioClip
function to cutting deck with rear ejection,
remove the BioClip plug fastened under the
deck with three screws.
1. Put the deck into service position.
2. CombiClip 103, 112
Remove the three screws holding the
BioClip plug and remove the plug.
3. CombiClip 103, 112
Tip: Fit three full threaded M8x15 mm
screws into the holes to protect the
threads.
4. CombiClip 94
Remove the wing nut and the BioClip
plug.
5. Put the deck back to normal position.
Fit the BioClip plug in reverse order.
