3. Put the new filter in place. Coax it in so
that the rubber seal in the front end
enters into position. If the spring projects
so it must be pressed together before the
lid thread has "taken", the filter is not in
the right position.
iMPOrTANT iNFOrMATiON
The lid is made of plastic. Do not tighten so
hard you damage the threads.
4. Fit the lid.

Lever Carrier Adjustment

The lever carrier on these types of machine
have only two settings.
• Adjuster nut for cutting deck cutting
height area. See "Cutting height area
adjustment".
• Adjustment screw for belt adjuster
starting point. See "Replacing the center
belt".
