Hose Package
Hoses under the machine are gathered into a
hose package that is kept together with a plastic hose
protector wound around the hoses.
The hoses are color marked during manufacture but
this may have been damaged or ripped off. It
is then possible to identify the hoses by the part
numbers stamped in them.
1 Red
2 Green
3 Black
Tightening torque couplings 25 Nm.
1. Connect all the rear couplings on all the
hoses so that they are in the correct
position lengthwise in the package.
Connect green to the front connection on
the hydrostat motor. Red to the rear and
black to the tank.
2. Gather together the hoses, green and
black.
3. Start winding the hose protection
115±20 mm from the center of the green
hose connection on the hydrostat. Insert
the end of the hose protection between
the two hoses and wind the protection
4-5 turns.
4. Insert the red hose to the left side of the
package.
5. Wind the hose protection around all
3 hoses until it reaches 80-100 mm from
the sleeve on the black hose.
6. Connect the front end of the hoses to their
pipes, see illustration "Hose marking from
below".
