5. Prise off the pump belt up on the engine
belt pulley.
6. Prise off the pump belt from the pump
belt pulley. Insert the belt between the fan
blades.
7. Prise off the pump belt from the engine
belt pulley and put it under the engine
belt pulleys.
8. Pull out the pump belt through the
opening under the pivot bearing and past
the belt tensioner pulley.
Assembly
9. Pull the pump belt through the opening
under the pivot bearing and on the inside
past the belt tensioner pulley.
10. Prise the pump belt onto the engine belt
pulley, put it under the engine belt pulleys
and lay it over its groove.
11. Prise the belt onto the pump belt pulley
(between the fan blades).
12. Prise the pump belt into its groove on the
engine belt pulley.
13. Press in the belt tensioner and mount the
pump belt onto the belt tensioner belt
pulley.
14. Make sure the center belt is correctly
located on its front belt pulley and mount
the center belt onto the engine belt pulley.
15. Fit the belt guide for the center belt.
