4. Fit the belt guide. Adjust the belt guide to
the bottom belt on the belt pulley if
necessary. Fit the underrun guard if
present.
5. Hook the throttle cable onto the
carburettor and attach the cable clip
without tightening. Make sure to hook
into the correct hole
Slide the throttle control to full throttle.
Press the outer sheath of the cable to the
far left and tighten the cable clip.
Hook the choke cable onto the
carburettor and attach the cable clip
without tightening.
Slide the choke control to full choke. Pull
the outer sheath of the cable to the far
right and tighten the cable clip.
6. Fit the muffler and the exhaust pipe, and
tighten retaining screws and pipe clips.
7. Press on the fuel line to the fuel pump
and fit its hose clip.
8. Screw on the cable between the starter
motor and the starter relay. Attach the
electrical connections to the engine.
