5. Remove the lock springs and loosen the
speed control link joint lock spring and
release the cable anchorage from the
rear frame and the swivel joint.
6. Clean, see "Working Methods". Mark up
and disconnect the hydraulic hoses from
the couplings under the machines.
7. Loosen the steering cables (1) and
remove the steering collar.
8. Remove the belt pulley (2). Move the
front part forward and the rear backward
and prise out the belt pulley.
WArNiNG!
The center spring is under high
tension and can cause injuries if it
comes loose. Wear protective
goggles and gloves with removing/
fitting the spring.
9. Loosen the center spring. This spring is
under great tension and must be
unloaded with the tool 506 89 93-01.
10. Remove the screw for the center spring
rear anchorage after the spring has been
unloaded.
