Assembly
1.
Reassemble the rear axle in reverse
order in relation to removal.
2.
Grease the axles with corrosion
protection before fitting the wheels.
3.
The spacer sleeves on the inside of the
wheels on the rear axle are the same length
on both sides 35 mm. Do not get mixed up
with the front wheel spacer sleeves.
4.
Lightly oil in the pipe couplings before
assembly.
5.
Fill with oil and bleed the entire hydraulic
system as described in "Bleeding the
drive system".
6.
Check and adjust speed coordination
between the front wheels and rear
wheels as described in separate
instructions.
Wheel Speed Adjustment
Front and rear wheel drive must be adjusted
so that the speed between the front and rear
wheels is correct when cornering.
To avoid measuring faults due to free rolling of
the differential wheels at least two of the
machine wheels must be in contact with the
ground.
Make sure that the steering angle does not
change during this work.
Measurement should be done using
Husqvarna's optical tachometer. Front wheel
speed should be 0.95-1 of the rear wheel
speed. Note that the variation between the
wheel speeds is intentionally greater on
delivery. The production value can be down to
0.92.
