300-hour service

1.
Inspect the machine. Agree with the customer
on which additional work to carry out.
2.
Carry out the 25-hour service.
3.
Carry out the 50-hour service.
4.
Carry out the 100-hour service.
5.
Clean the combustion chamber and grind the
valve seats.
6.
Check the engine valve clearance.
7.
Change the air cleaner precleaner (foamed
plastic).

At least once every season

1.
Clean the engine cooling air intake (25 hrs).
2.
Change the air cleaner precleaner (foamed
plastic) (300-hrs).
3.
Change the air filter paper insert (200 hours).
4.
Change engine oil (100 hrs, Briggs & Stratton
50 hrs).
5.
Change the engine air filter (200 hrs). Not
Briggs & Stratton!
6.
Adjust the cutting height setting (50 hrs).
7.
Adjust the parking brake (50 hrs).
8.
Inspect the flame guard/spark extinguisher,
optional extra (50 hrs).
9.
Clean/change spark plug (100 hrs).
10. Change fuel filter in the line (100 hrs).
11. Clean the cooling fins (100 hrs).
12. Check the engine valve clearance (300 hrs).
13. Change oil and oil filter in the transmission
(200 hrs).
14. Carry out the 300-hour service at an
authorized servicing dealer.
15. Check the fuel hose. Change if necessary.
