4. Remove selector ring (1) at the same time remove
two balls (2) and the springs behind it.
Remove circlip (3) and the washer.
NOTE: Balls (2) are spring loaded, do not loose them.
5. Remove housing (1) and gear (2).
6. Remove needle bearings (1).
