Remove the circlip (2) and move the sleeve (1) in the direction indicated by the arrow until it is re- leased from the groove on the front axle.

MDD2562A 30. Extract the differential lock pedal retaining pin from the drive shaft (1), remove the pedal and footboard (2).

Disconnect the two electrical connectors on the right--hand side of the dashboard. 43. Separate the engine from the transmission. 25053 44.

Hitch the engine to a hoist using the adjustable chain (1) attached to the engine removal hitch points. 25060 49. Remove the lift pump (1) with the relative filter, by unscrewing the four retaining bolts.
