8. Power on the Secondary CiPress Printer if it exists using the instructions in the previous
step.
Important
Power on the Secondary or Downstream CiPress Printer within two minutes of
powering on the Primary CiPress Printer.

CiPress Touch Screen Power Troubleshooting

Use the following procedure to determine whether or not the CiPress Touch Screen is
operating normally.
1. Locate and press the Power button. If an image does not appear within 15 seconds
on the Touch Screen, press the Power button again.
2. A blue box with a welcome message momentarily displays if the monitor is receiving
power. If this welcome message does not display, continue to the next step.
3. Check that the Touch Screen Power Cord is connected properly and repeat this
procedure. If an image still does not display on the Touch Screen, contact Xerox for
assistance.
