Preparing to Cycle Up
Printing (Lowest priority)
Print Line states are displayed at the FreeFlow Print Server DFE.
The system will cycle up for printing when the following conditions are met:
• Pre and post devices are online / ready
• Printers are in the Ready state
• Pages are available for printing
Be aware that the printers remain in a Ready state when the pre / post devices are not
ready, for example, out of paper. After changing paper rolls, putting the pre and post
devices into a ready state will cause the system to cycle up if there is a job in the system.
Set Printer Not Ready to prevent system from cycling up for job data, or do not set PPE
devices to Ready until a Print Line cycle up is acceptable.
The PPE state is displayed for each of the pre- and post-processing devices in the print
