Problem Solving
1. Check the SP temperature values on the front of the Thermal Controller.
Result
The SP temperature values
(the numbers displayed on
the bottom) are not set as
follows:
• Zone 1: 51.5 degrees
celsius
• Zone 2: 25 degrees
celsius
• Zone 3: 53 degrees
celsius
All SP temperature values
are set correctly.
2. Check the PV temperatures on the front of the Thermal Controller.
Result
The PV temperatures (the
numbers displayed on the
top) are not within the
following temperature
ranges:
• Zone 1: Between 49 and
54 degrees celsius
• Zone 2: Between 22.5
and 27.5 degrees celsius
• Zone 3: 50.5 and 55.5
degrees celsius
All PV temperatures are
within the given
temperature range.

Contact Xerox for assistance.
Continue with the next step.
Action
1.
Wait 30 minutes from the time the Thermal Controller
is initially powered on to allow the three temperature
zones to stabilize.
2.
Recheck PV temperatures.
• One or more of the PV temperatures is outside of the given
temperature range. Contact Xerox for assistance.
• If all PV temperatures are now within the given
temperature range continue with the next step.
