11. Place the safety cover over the Print Head that will be removed.
12. Remove the three connectors from the Print Head.
Caution
Do not pull on the ribbon cables after disconnecting. This can cause damage to the
internal board.
13. Using a Xerox-supplied torque driver, alternate loosening the screws with the left
(two turns on each side) until both screws are loosened completely.
