Ensure that you have read the
Defect Initial Actions prior to problem solving this particular image quality defect.
Caution
Power off the CiPress before removing or replacing a Print Head. Failing to power off
the CiPress will cause damage to the Print Head and Print Box Unit and void the Print
Head warranty.
Check off or keep track of the steps as they are completed for the purposes of a possible
warranty claim.
