5. Type or select the numerical paper width value and select OK.
The number pad closes and the new value displays in the Width field.
Note
If you attempt to enter a value the system will not accept, the value in the field will
be red. If you persist and select OK, the word Invalid appears in the field with the
unacceptable value. To continue, select Cancel or delete the value and try again.
Note
A red asterisk appears on the Paper menu to indicate a paper definition is being
created or modified. This asterisk remains in place until you save the paper definition.
6. Select the Weight field.
The number pad opens.
7. Type or select the numerical paper weight value and select OK.
Note
The paper weight is used in tension and velocity control so entering the correct value
is important. The system will try to adjust if the value is off but color-to-color
registration will be less than optimal.
The number pad closes and the new value displays in the Weight field.
8. Select Inch or MM for the form length measurement unit.
9. Select the Form Length field.
The number pad opens.
Note
The CiPress form length range is 3 inches - 60 inches / 76.2 mm - 1524 mm and the
FreeFlow Print Server form length range is 3 inches - 22 inches / 76.2 mm - 558.8 mm.
10. Type or select the numerical form length value and select OK.
The number pad closes and the new value displays in the Form Length field.
