6. Select Yes to keep the same name for the edited paper definition.
The Paper definition edits are saved.

Deleting a Paper Definition

1. In the Definitions view on the Paper tab, select the arrow on the Paper menu to
display the list of defined papers.
2. Select the paper you want to delete.
3. Select the Delete icon.
The Delete Paper window opens.
4. Verify that the name of the paper you are deleting appears in the Name field and
select OK.
Note
Notice that the paper currently in use in Run view is highlighted and cannot be selected
for deletion.
A warning dialog box displays.
5. Select Yes to delete the selected paper definition.
The paper is no longer in the list of defined papers.

Deleting Multiple Paper Definitions

1. In the Definitions view on the Paper tab, select the Delete icon.
The Delete Paper window opens.
2. From the Saved Paper Names list, select the papers you want to delete and select
OK.
A warning dialog box displays.
3. Select Yes to delete the selected paper definitions.
The papers are no longer in the list of defined papers.

Application Definition Tab

An application defines system settings that control system behavior. An operator can
create, edit, and delete application definitions. These definitions are accessible from the
Run view.
Application definitions are defined using four sub-tabs:
• Main
- Create, save, edit, delete, and import / export definitions
- Set the Paper Feed: Any Feed, Pinfeed Only, or Pinless Only
