Replacing the system 24 volt power supply involves removing the left side cover,
disconnecting wiring harnesses, and removing the power supply chassis.
Installing a new power supply reverses the process.
Tools Needed
• Phillips screwdriver
• 7 mm nut driver.

Remove the System 24 Volt Power Supply

Turn off the AC Main Switch, located on the rear panel.

Unplug the power cord connector from the wall receptacle.

Remove the left side cover.

Disconnect the wiring harness (refer to Figure 11-2).

Remove two hex nuts (M4), two lock washers, and two flat washers to release

Replace the power supply in the console.
