Doing a Test Binding

3-4-1 Preparing the Upstream Device

Turn on the power switch on the
upstream device.
- It does not matter which machine is turned
on first.

Set up the upstream devices.
- Refer to the user's manual for each device.
ST-40
1.Set up the guides to match the sheet size if
you want to use the faulty set ejecting func-
tion.
2.Turn on the Stitch function.
3. Attach the transport guide.
BC-20
1. Set the horizontal transport conveyor on the
BC-20 to the horizontal position.
2. Set up the faulty set ejecting function.
- When you turn on the faulty set ejecting
function, adjust the stopper on the reject tray
to match the sheet size.
HOF-400/HOF-30/HOF-20
1. Load the sheets.
2. Do a test feed.
