Close all covers.

Turn on the power switch.

Display the Administrator Mode-
Option screen.

Press (TD-200).

Press to go back to the
Information screen.

Display the Information-Monitor-
FC screen and press the icon that
appears under B200.
The knife will lower automatically.
- The display should now show a value
between 700 and 750.
