Cause and Solution
- Use a different type of wire.
- For a standard bender, use wire No.26 to No.28.
- Use the wire No.26 (diameter 0.5 mm [0.02"]) to No.28 (diam-
eter 0.4 mm [0.016"]).
- Use wire which is stronger or thicker.
- Adjust the angle of the eccentric shaft
so that the wire is fed straight.
