8-3-2 Installation of Clincher

Install the clincher to the mounting
block.

Insert the pusher into the clincher.

Install the mounting block to the
main unit.
- The screws are still loosened.

Hook the pusher on the push bar.

Fasten the screws on the mount-
ing block temporarily.
- These screws are fully tightened after align-
ing the clincher with the stitcher head in the
step 5 on 8-3-4.

Push down the clincher lever and
check that the clincher points can
be move up.
- When the clincher points are not moved, the
pusher may not be firmly hooked on the
push bar. (Check the step 4 again)
