6-4 Lubrication

6-4-4 Stitcher Head

This section explains how to lubricate the
stitcher heads. Lack of regular lubrication
causes the stitcher heads to wear more
quickly so that they must be replaced more
often.
Lubrication frequency = once two weeks

Turn off the power switch.
CAUTION
Just lubricate with one or two drops of oil.
If you use too much oil, it may drip onto the
booklets. For the most reliable operation,
lubricate often using small amounts of oil.

Lubricate all of the parts of the
stitcher head shown in the figure
to the right with oil (accessory).

the figure to the right.
