Measuring Voltage

The Keysight 53147A/148A/149A included a digital voltmeter (DVM) that can
measure voltages from – 50 VDC to +50 VDC. To measure voltage, use the
following procedure:

1 If the instrument is not already turned on, connect the power cord to the
