Suffixes

A suffix is the combination of suffix elements and multipliers that can
be used to interpret some <numeric value>. If a suffix is not specified,
the instrument assumes that <numeric value> is unscaled (that is, Volts, seconds,
etc.)
For example, the following two commands are equivalent:

Suffix elements, such as HZ (Hertz), S (seconds), V (volts), OHM (Ohms), PCT
(percent), and DEG (degrees) are allowed within this format.
