Command Reference

This section describes the SCPI Subsystem commands and the IEEE 488.2
Common Commands for the Keysight 53147A, 53148A, and 53149A. The
information in this section is intended to help you program the instrument over its
GPIB or RS-232 serial interface.
The commands are presented in alphabetical order.
